Southold Town Board established Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District, forming and authorizing the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District Board of Commissioners to run the organization.

Residents of the Park District are entitled to vote for Commissioners and use the Cutchogue-New Suffolk parks.

Commissioners serve without monetary compensation to plan, finance, design, operate and maintain the parks.
